How Sirsak Helps Leading Brands Meet EPR Compliance through PRP
Through our Packaging Recovery Program, we help corporations like Mayora, Le Minerale, and Nutrifood comply with Minister of Environment and Forestry Reg. 75/2019 on Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) by recovering post-consumer packaging, primarily multilayered plastics (MLP). Our network of 150+ waste banks are collecting 33,000 kg of previously unrecovered MLP, providing a recycling solution and preventing it from going to landfills.
We also provide transparent, traceable reports on material type and waste flow (from source to recycler), ensuring EPR compliance and accountability. Sirsak not only collects MLP but also transforms it into valuable end-products, closing the loop on waste and supporting sustainability efforts.
Since Sirsak came with multilayered (MLP) collection program, more communities are interested in building waste banks to collect their MLP, since it has been a long and big problem for us.

Efficient Waste Collection for F&B Companies
We have collected approximately 31,000 kg of waste from Janji Jiwa's office, warehouse, and Sejuta Jiwa's hub, supporting their sustainability goals with reliable waste pick-up and responsible reporting.
Additionally, Sirsak has partnered with another F&B brand to launch a recyclable waste pick-up initiative for their post-consumer cup waste across their 20 stores in Jakarta.
