Please read these terms carefully before using the Sirsak Nasabah App
Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Sirsak Nasabah App mobile application (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
The Service is provided to you conditional upon your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein.
2. Description of Service
The Service is designed to facilitate proper waste disposal by enabling users to:
- Easily find nearby waste collection points and view their details.
- Provide navigation assistance to selected collection points.
- Manage a personal user profile and account authentication.
- Manage a user balance (saldo) earned from waste deposit activities, including viewing transaction history.
- View collection point schedules and receive related notifications.
3. User Accounts and Registration
Registration
Users must register using a valid email and password (minimum 6 characters) or through supported social login services (Google Sign-In, Apple Sign-In on iOS).
Authentication
The system shall allow registered users to log in with their email/password or social accounts.
Session Management
User sessions will be maintained across app restarts, with secure token storage. Access tokens expire after 1 hour, and refresh tokens expire after 30 days.
Logout
Users may log out at any time, which will clear all session data and invalidate tokens.
Profile Information
Users may view and edit their display name, phone number, and address. All profile updates are subject to system validation. Users may also upload a profile photo (JPEG, PNG; Max 5MB), which will be auto-resized to 512x512 pixels.
4. User Balance (Saldo) Management
Balance Display
The user's current balance (saldo) will be displayed prominently and formatted as currency (IDR).
Transaction History
Users shall have access to a complete history of all debit and credit transactions, including details like transaction ID, type, amount, date/time, and balance before/after the transaction.
Filtering
The history can be filtered by transaction type and date range, and searched by description or transaction ID.
Collection Point Balance
Each user's balance is currently tied to a single collection point (BSU) and does not support multiple balances from multiple points.
5. Waste Collection Points and Location Data
Map/List View
The Service provides an interactive map (using Google Maps) and a list view to display waste collection points as markers or list items.
Location Permission
The user must grant location permission for the Service to display the user's current location and filter collection points by distance (default radius: 10 km).
Navigation
Navigation to a collection point is provided via external apps (Google Maps, Apple Maps).
6. Schedules and Notifications
Collection Schedules
Users can view weekly and monthly collection schedules, which may be color-coded by availability.
Notifications
Users can receive push notifications for:
- Schedule reminders for subscribed collection points.
- Changes to subscribed collection point schedules (cancellations, new slots, holiday closures).
- Balance updates when a waste deposit is verified and credited.
Preferences
Users can manage notification preferences, including enabling/disabling categories and setting quiet hours.
7. Security and Data Protection
Data Encryption
All data transmitted between the client and server is encrypted using TLS 1.2 or higher. Sensitive user data is stored encrypted at rest in the database.
Token Security
Authentication tokens are stored securely using platform-specific secure storage.
Password Policy
A minimum password length of 6 characters is enforced.
8. System Requirements and Compatibility
Operating Systems
The Service supports Android 6.0 (API level 23) and above, and iOS 12.0 and above.
Network
An active internet connection is required for core functionality. Appropriate offline messages will be displayed when the network is unavailable.
9. User Responsibilities
By using the Service, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information during registration and profile updates.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
- Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Not attempt to interfere with, compromise, or disrupt the Service or its security features.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sirsak shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:
- Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.
- Any content obtained from the Service.
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
11. Modifications to the Service
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that Sirsak shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
12. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or request account deletion through our Delete Account page.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
