Request to permanently delete your account and personal data
Important
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once you delete your account, all your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
What Happens When You Delete Your Account
When you request to delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed:
Account Data

- • Profile information
- • Authentication tokens
- • Session data
Financial Data
- • Current balance (saldo)
- • Transaction history
- • Deposit records
- • Withdrawal history
Location Data
- • Saved addresses
- • Location preferences
Preferences
- • Notification settings
- • App preferences
Data Retention Timeline
Confirmation Link Expiry
Your confirmation link will expire 24 hours after sending. If not confirmed within this period, you will need to submit a new request.
Full Account Deletion
Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted within 30 days after confirmation.
Backup Data Removal
Some data may remain in system backups for up to 90 days before being completely purged.
